Brief summary about the homeschool laws in Arizona

Establish and operate a home school. You must teach the following subjects Reading, Grammar, Math, Social Studies, and Science. You will need to file an affidavit of intent with your local superintendent within 30-days of the start or end of home schooling for children between the ages of 6-16. Record keeping, attendance, and testing is not required in the state of Arizona.
